When should we book your wedding planning services?
Most couples reserve our services 12–18 months in advance, particularly for peak wedding season dates. If your date is sooner, we recommend getting in touch as soon as possible so we can discuss availability.
Do you work with preferred wedding suppliers or can we choose our own?
We have a curated network of exceptional suppliers whose work aligns with our standards of quality and style. However, we are always open to incorporating your chosen suppliers if they suit your vision.
What is your pricing structure for your wedding planning services?
Every wedding is unique and your investment will be tailored to reflect your individual celebration. To keep things as transparent as possible, here is a guide to our pricing:
Full Wedding Planning
Investment typically ranges from £8,000 – £12,000, reflecting the comprehensive support, expertise and time dedicated to planning your wedding from start to finish.
Bespoke Wedding Planning
Tailored entirely to your individual requirements, this service is quoted following an initial consultation and typically ranges from £4,000 – £7,000, depending on the level of support you require.
Wedding Day Management
With planning beginning six weeks prior to your wedding, this service starts from £2,000. Your final investment will depend on the size, complexity and logistics of your celebration.

What locations do you cover for your wedding planning services?
Whilst we are based in Kent, we plan weddings across the UK including Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, London, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Essex.
Whether it’s an elegant country estate, a chic city venue or a breathtaking historical castle, we work wherever your love story takes us.
Will you be there on the wedding day itself?
Absolutely. We are present from the first moment of set-up until the final guest departs, discreetly managing every detail so you can relax and fully immerse yourself in your celebration.
My wedding venue has a venue coordinator — do I still need you as my wedding planner?
A venue coordinator’s role is to oversee the venue’s operations. A Wedding Planners role is to oversee your wedding as a whole — from managing your design, budget, timeline, suppliers, RSVPs – to ensuring the day runs seamlessly and your vision is fully achieved. We work alongside the venue team to make sure every aspect is executed to perfection.
I live abroad but want to get married in the UK — can you help?
Yes. We regularly work with couples who are planning their weddings from overseas. We manage everything from sourcing trusted suppliers to ensuring every detail is in place for your arrival, making the process as effortless and stress-free as possible.
How many weddings do you plan a year?
We take on a limited number of weddings each year to ensure every couple receives our full attention and the highest level of service. This allows us to be deeply involved in every detail and provide a truly bespoke experience.
What about pre and post-wedding events, like a welcome dinner or post-wedding brunch?
Yes. We can design and coordinate all the events surrounding your wedding, creating a beautifully seamless experience for you and your guests from the first welcome to the final farewell.
Are you insured?
Yes. We are fully insured with public liability for your complete peace of mind.
Are you free to catch up in the evening or at weekends?
Yes. We understand that many couples have busy schedules, so we are more than happy to arrange evening or weekend calls when needed.
